The following is what I think of myself (on good days) and what people who know and love me have pointed out ABOUT me:
I am very much a work in progress. Committed to the good work begun in me and hopeful that before it is all said and done, I will have been finally perfected in HIM who loves me.
(Yes, the older I get the more spiritual and God-dependent I am becoming…)
Known to have a positive outlook on life, full of enterprise, energy, versatility, adventurousness and eagerness to extend experience beyond the physically familiar. I enjoy traveling and exploration, the more so because my mind is constantly open to new dimensions of thought. Or so I like to think.
People call me optimistic, even when my hopes are dashed. Strongly idealistic in nature and adept at suffering many disappointments without being affected for too long.
Honorable, honest, trustworthy, truthful, generous and sincere, with a PASSION for
justice. I am usually on the side of the underdog in society and will fight for any cause I believe to be just, and am prepared to be rebellious. I balance loyalty with independence.
I have vices which make me prone to anger that tend to flare up over trivialities. Impatient.
In personal relationships I am reliable, seldom betraying any trust given to me. I can, however, be impulsively angry and know how to be outspoken and know exactly what expressions will hurt my adversaries most. On the other hand I can be magnanimous in forgiving offenses and responsible when looking after those I consider to be in need.
Broken and in touch with my humanity, and not looking to be “fixed” but rather accepted and embraced just as I am.
